I went to see Ronan at Wembley last Saturday, 12th April, and he was brilliant! We waited outside at the start and saw him arrive in his car with Yvonne. I can't believe how much he's changed just since last year - he's so much more confident both in himself and his music. There were a lot more of the upbeat songs included in this show, so it was like a real party, and he had some very sexy moves which got the crowd going ! He sang 'Your Song' which he explained he wrote for his Mum, and then said that this was the first tour he'd felt able to sing it; this was very moving and I think there were a few tears flowing - the place went really quiet But he also sang a new song which he has written for his next album and it was brilliant. He definitely seems to be getting more 'rocky' rather than going for just pop at the moment, and it really suits him. He sang a couple of covers - 'Drops of Jupiter' by Train, and 'Pump It Up' by Elvis Costello. This tour was definitely more about the music than anything else, and it was truly amazing. His band are great (inc. his new base player who, believe it or not, is called Keith Duffy!) It was the best tour he's done by far, and if he continues on like this we're in for some great times ahead
